We have 7 days exchange policy for any unworn/ un-used shoes in their original fresh condition packed in Ovolo box.

OPTION 1)
Visit our outlet to get the shoes exchanged
Exchange charges: 0

OR

 

OPTION 2)

-Pack the parcel back into the box
-Send the shoes back to our address and share booking number
- We will issue a CODE once we receive the shoes back.
- You can order anything from our website using that code of the amount of the shoes you sent us back
